45th Annual Noel Night
More than a dozen Wayne State University colleges and departments will participate in the 45th annual Noel Night, which is scheduled from 5 to 10 p.m. on Saturday, December 2. True to its roots, Noel Night continues to be a Cultural Center-wide holiday open house. Activities include horse-drawn carriage rides through campus, holiday shopping, and performances by over 200 area music, theatre, and dance groups.
Admission to Noel Night activities is free unless otherwise noted. For the most up-to-date information: http://www.noelnight.org.
New this year, the annual community sing-along led by the Salvation Army will be held on campus in Woodward and Warren Park, alongside WSU's Winter Art and Retail Market (WARM). The WARM is a fun and festive pop-up holiday marketplace featuring 50 vendors, a family-friendly photo op, and free KIND snacks. Be sure to stop in and shop—you'll be supporting local entrepreneurs and WSU students!
There will be a free shuttle service that runs continually between parking decks and participating venues, as well as plenty of parking in area lots and structures, including Wayne State's Parking Structure 1 located at the northwest corner of Cass and Palmer, Parking Structure 2 on Anthony Wayne north of Warren Avenue, Parking Structure 6 on Putnam and Parking Structure 8 located on West Forest between Woodward and Cass Avenue.
